At Amahleskin, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our return guidelines carefully before placing an order:
- Damage-Based Returns Only
- Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged.
- If the bottle is broken and you share a video for evidence – then you can return, else no return.
- Evidence Requirement
- A clear unboxing video must be provided as proof of damage.
- Returns without valid video evidence will not be accepted.
- Time Limit for Return Requests
- You must notify us about any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be eligible.
- Condition of Product
- Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
- Products that appear used or tampered with will not be accepted.
- Return Approval
- Our team will review your return request and evidence before approving.
- Only approved requests will proceed to replacement or refund.
- Refund or Replacement
- Once approved, you may choose a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If the replacement is approved, the product will be delivered in 7-10 days
- Non-Returnable Cases
- Products returned without video proof.
- Minor variations in packaging or product appearance.
- Change of mind, personal dislike of fragrance, texture, or results.
